
Our Story
We’re a husband and wife team, passionate about sharing two things: good health and good food. Niall grew up on a small dairy farm in the West of Ireland and Laura grew up in the Antrim countryside.
We began making our own jerky when we struggled to find protein-rich snacks that weren’t pumped full of sugar.

Our Ethos
We are passionate about the craft of making jerky and believe the process is better done by hand.
Whole pieces of lean Irish beef are trimmed and then hand cut into bite-size pieces.
It’s not the easiest way to do things, or the quickest, but we think you’ll agree you can taste the difference.

Natural Flavours
We’ve carefully developed our own in-house marinades, consisting of up to ten carefully balanced spices. Each flavour has a unique marinade which is added to our beef and left to naturally infuse for 24 hours.
Each individual piece of beef is then laid out by hand and slowly dried for 8 hours, twice as long as most commercial jerky producers.
Our freshly crafted small batch process allows us to give our jerky an intense and authentic flavour, without any short-cuts.
